What is the Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit Program?
The Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit program allows high school students to enroll in college course through TTC-Pulaski and earn credit toward their high school diploma as well as a TTC-Pulaski certificate and/or diploma.
What is the difference between the TTC-Pulaski Certificate and Diploma?
The certificate of completion is awarded to students who reach a payroll job proficiency level.
The diploma is awarded to each student who demonstrates satisfactory proficiency in a complete course of study.
What is the Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant Program Start?
Funds generated from the state lottery are awarded to students participating in the dual enrollment programs offering credit toward high school graduation and college courses. Funds are used to cover any tuition/fees associated with enrollment. A Dual Enrollment Grant application must be completed by the student and parent for each term of attendance.
How will my grades and attendance from TTC-Pulaski be counted toward my high school campus to answer questions?
Grades and attendance records from TTC-Pulaski courses will be forwarded to the high school counselor and become a part of the students high school transcript counting toward graduation.
Will a representative from TTC-Pulaski be available on the high school campus to answer questions?
Yes, a Career/Placement Counselor from TTC-Pulaski will be available on the high school campus to provide assistance regarding the Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit program.
