The Welding Technology program is designed to give the student the necessary classroom instruction and practical work experience needed for entry-level job performance. Basic Oral, written and performance test are given to measure the student's proficiencies. Welders are employed in many industries such as construction, electronics, automotive, appliances, railroads, bridge building, ship building, aircraft, guided missiles, nuclear energy manufacturing, public utilities, and the petroleum industry.
